· Confirmed hotel reservation or sponsorship letter duly signed by Mauritian sponsors in original and to be sent by DHL along with most recent Utility bill- Water/Electricity- maximum one month old + copy of identity card duly attested by local police station in Mauritius/or the Protocol Section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 9th Floor, Newton Tower, Port Louis.

Standard Processing Time 9 – 14 Working Days

  • Travel health Insurance certification converging the minimum of Euros 30.000 the period of stay in turkey and repatriation costs as well (Scan Want to need).
  • Polio vaccination certificate from the Government hospital or the authorized laboratories not date should be more than one-year-old.

  • Evidence of your marital status, such as: marriage certificate / civil partnership certificate /

  • Duly Completed and signed Visa Application Form (DHA-84) Form 11.
  • A recent photograph.
  • Original passport with at least six months validity and have at least two unused visa pages.
  • Visa Fee Rs. 3,700.00 (non-refundable).
  • Proof of sufficient financial means
    a) A three months banks statements (original signed and stamped).

    b) Cash available to the applicant.
  • Proof of a valid return or onward ticket or purchase of ticket.
  • Documentation outlining the purpose and duration of the visit, or a written invitation by the host(s) in the Republic, as the case may be.
  • A Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate (where applicable).
  • The application must have a statement or documentation confirming the:
    a) Purpose or necessity of work.

    b) Nature of the work.

    c) Qualification and Skills Required for the work.

    d) Duration of work.

    e) Place/address of the work.

    f) Duration of the visit.

    g) Proof of remuneration or stipend that the applicant will received from the employer.

    h) ID and contact details of the employer or relevant contact person from the Republic.
  • Additional Documents

  • Copy of applicant CNIC (Birth Certificate in case of minor) and Bio-page of passport.
  • Previous passport (10 years travel history where applicable).
  • Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate (where applicable).
  • Proof of accommodation in South Africa.
  • Proof of employment confirming your role, skill and purpose of visit (where applicable).
  • Copy of PR Certificate of Host (where host is a PR holder or a naturalized SA Citizen).
  • Copy of host's ID or passport and visa (whichever applicable).

  • Short-stay visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant. Complete residential and official (if applicable) address, both telephone numbers, and names of parents must be written in the form. In case of minor(s), form should be signed by both parents.
  • Two (2) recent photographs (white background) of the applicant.
  • An ordinary passport or other recognised travel document valid for at least three months from the expiry date of the visa applied for. This document must have at least two empty pages. Please bring previous passports, if any, and attach with application copies, on A4 size paper, of used pages ONLY. Manually extended passport is not acceptable.
  • Third country nationals residing in Pakistan must provide supporting documents attesting to the legality and the authorized duration of their residence in Pakistan.
  • If you have been refused a visa by an Embassy or High Commission in the last two years, written explanation about reason for trip and refusal. (a copy of the refusal letter could be attached to the application).
  • Copy of flight(s) booking(s).
  • Accommodation proof (confirmed hotel reservation/rent agreement clearly stating your name, rental period and accommodation address) covering the entire period of stay in Schengen area.
  • Original signed letter of the applicant's company/employer (where applicable) stating name, position, salary, duration of employment, address and contact numbers of the employer, purpose and duration of visit to the Schengen state(s). Government employees must provide the NOC (for applying the visa) from competent authority stating that the applicant would be awarded Ex-Pakistan leave if he/she is granted visa. If the applicant is a student, original signed letter from the applicant's school/college or University.
  • Supporting documents of personal income:

    a) Original bank statements Of the last six months (indicating salary transfers in case of being employed).

    b) Last three salary slips (where applicable).

    c) National Tax Number Certificate (NTN) for the previous two years and proof of income tax payment with FBR (where applicable).
  • Original AND copy of a travel medical insurance (TMI) policy of not less than 30,000 Euros. The policy must cover medical and hospitalization expenses for the entire period of valid stay in Schengen territory as well as repatriation costs. Consult valid list of authorized insurance companies in Pakistan as agreed by Schengen partners in Islamabad.
  • Photocopy of your national ID card.
  • Original and photocopy of Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA. (FRC is required, if the family members ore travelling together, to ascertain the relationship among them. Solo travelers, on their own, do not need to provide FRC).
  • For underage applicants (under 18) travelling with a single parent, a written consent of the other parent is required with photocopy of his/her CNIC. Students under 18 travelling with school groups etc., must provide consent from both the parents with copies of their CNIC. This consent should be made on legal paper.
  • If the trip is a package tour, attach detailed itinerary (Cruise, sponsored holidays, guided tours etc.). In case of large groups, the list of applicants/participants from sponsor in Pakistan (school/employer etc.) must correspond with the list of the tour manager/operator responsible for arrangements of the trip in Italy/Schengen countries.
  • Polio vaccination certificate (valid) from a Government Hospital.

    Documents to be submitted by all applicants

  • Schengen visa applicant form, duly filled in and signed by the applicant. All questions must be answered ; otherwise application will not be accepted. Both parent (legal guardians if applicable) must sign the application of minors.
  • Two (2) recent color passport size photos with white background (gents with uncovered head) have to be glued to application form.
  • Original and photocopy of passport or official travel documents.
  • Pakistani Nationals: photocopy of page with personal data (and other relevant pages) and previous visas.
  • Non-Pakistani Nationals: photocopy of pages with personal data (and other relevant pages), previous visas and the Pakistani residence visa.
  • All passport have to have been issued during the previous 10 years and should be valid for at least 3 months longer than the validity of the visa applied.
  • Visa Fee.
  • Photocopy (full page) of our medical insurance (covering 30.000,00 euro) including repatriation from any Schengen state in case of emergency. The medical insurance has to cover all your stay in all Schengen states.
  • Proof Of Residence

  • For Pakistani Nationals: copy of Pakistani Identity Card (CNIC).
  • For non-Pakistani Nationals: proof of legal residence in Pakistan as appropriate (such as long stay visa, and/or residence or work permit.
  • Proof of means of transport:

  • Flight reservation of air ticket (return or round trip) from/to Pakistan and the Member State of destination;
  • If trips include several stops in the territory of the Member States, reservations of intra-Schengen itinerary (train, flights, car rental);
  • Proof of lodging:

  • reservation of accommodation for the entire duration of the stay in the territory of the Member States (hotel, apart hotel, holiday home, camping, youth hostel); or
  • if residing with family, friends and sponsor, proof of sponsorship and/or prívate accommodation. Some Member States may require the proof of sponsorship or prívate accommodation to be submitted as per relevant oficial forms in use (c.f. website of the Member State(s) of intended destination);
  • Proof of financial means and ties to the country of residence:

  • Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued in English by NADRA (Pakistan National Database and Registration Authority). Some Member States may require, in addition, the information to be submitted as per their own prescribed format.
  • Main proofs of financial means

  • Bank statements showing movements in the last six months, duly signed and stamped by the bank;
  • National Tax Number Certificate (or proof of exemption if applicable); and Federal Board of Revenue acknowledgement of tax returns for the last two fiscal years before the application date; or, if one of the above cannot be produced,
  • Other proof, supported by documents, of income generating assets or other means of subsistence as applicable;
  • Additional and specific proof of financial means or ties with country of residence, depending on the status of the applicant:

    If the applicant is employed:

  • Pay slips for the last three months before the application date;
  • copy of the employment contract;
  • an employer's letter stating the approval for leave of absence, specifying the dates of absence, position and salary of the employee, duration of employment, purpose of absence, contact number of employer.
  • If the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:

  • certificate of registration of the company;
  • If the applicant is a civil servant/government employee:

  • Non Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the Administration/public service employing the applicant stating the dates of the intended visit (for travel others than those for official purposes – see point 2);
  • If the applicant is retired:

  • pension statements for the last six months;
  • If the applicant is sponsored:

  • Proof of sponsorship. Some Member States may require that proof to be submitted as
  • per relevant official forms in use (c.f. website of the Member State(s) of intended destination);
  • If the applicant is a dependent from another applicant:

  • if the proof of family relationship cannot be established by the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) required under point 1.4.1, proof of family relationship through national civil status records;
  • If the applicant is a minor travelling with one or none of the parents/legal guardians:

  • proof of consent by one (if travelling with the other except in case of a single parent having sole duly attested custody or guardianship) or two parents in an affidavit with details of the planned trip and name of sponsors/guardians during the trip;
  • Copy of the non-travelling parent Pakistani identity card (CNIC) and passport.
  • proof of enrolment at school;
  • Copy of the Court order establishing family relationship or guardianship for the purpose of the intended detailed trip
  • If the applicant is a student

  • Proof of enrolment at university and student's card.
  • Tourism and Visit Family and Friends

  • proof of sponsorship. Some Member States may require that proof to be submitted as per a national official format (c.f. website of the Member State(s) of intended destination); and,
  • if the applicant is visiting a close relative, proof of family relationship through copy of the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA (Pakistan National Database and Registration Authority), proof of family relationship through national civil status records; and
  • if the applicant is the spouse of the intended visited person, marriage certificate (Nikah Nama) and/or Marriage Registration Certificate issued in English, by Union Council of residence, or other proof as applicable for religious minorities
  • Medical treatment

  • Medical certificate from a medical doctor or medical institution stating the need for a specific treatment to be received in an establishment located in the territory of the Member States; and/or
  • An attestation stating the need for the treatment to be delivered by the physician accredited with/or designated by the Member Statec onsulate and whose consultation fees will be paid by the applicant;
  • Letter on official Letter head from the receiving medical establishment confirming that the specific treatment can be performed on the patient who had given his/her consent accordingly
  • Proof of sufficient financial means to cover the expected comprehensive treatment and proof of prepayment of the expected comprehensive treatment if applicable;
  • Correspondence between the sending and receiving medical practitioners or establishment describing the arrangements made for the specific medical treatment including expected arrival of the patient and expected duration of the treatment, as well as describing the name of the patient's attendant(s) if applicable as well as facilities extended to them during the stay of the patient; and
  • In case of transplants, certificate of registration on the nationalist of patients awaiting transplants, issued by the surgical team who intends to undertake the operation.
  • Airport Transit

  • Valid visa or other entry permit for the final country of destination;
  • Proof of reservation of flight ticket for the onward destination

  • Original Passport and Copy of its first page.
